1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it. After this 12-hour period, orders are already in processing and cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds for goods that meet one of the following criteria:

  • The size you received does not match your order.
  • The design or print on the product differs from what was shown on the website.
  • The product is damaged (e.g., tearing, peeling, or breaking) upon arrival.
Conditions for Returns:
  • You must contact our customer support team at [email protected] to notify us of the issue within 14 days from the date you received the goods (based on tracking information). We regret that we cannot offer a return or refund after this period.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all protective labels and accessories (if any) intact.
  • Items that show signs of use or alterations will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Items purchased on final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Returns sent back without prior authorization from our support team will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. To ensure a safe return, we highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Exchanges (Replacement)

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. However, if you receive a product that is the wrong size, wrong design, or damaged, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you. You do not need to place a new order for the replacement.
